Personal & Small Group Training
Ian Riggins offers personal and small group training. He listens to clients and designs safe, effective fitness plans in pursuit of those goals. He promises not to impose unrealistic societal standards on you, assume to know more about your body than you do, or give you unsolicited advice. Ultimately, he hopes to help you find joy and peace in movement.
"Some of my clients want to build muscle. Some want to perform their favorite activities - gardening, hiking, bicycling, running - efficiently and without pain. Some are recovering from surgeries, sprains, and other injuries. No goal is more valid than any other."
Ian is a member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health and follows Health At Every Size® (HAES) principles. He tries to combat toxic masculinity is his small corner of the fitness world.
