Jill Moran considers herself a late-blooming yogi, not beginning as a teacher until she was in mid-life. Now, she has a wonderful community of yogis, formed through the XL-Yoga classes that she teaches.
Yoga is so much more than twisting yourself into a pretzel. The larger-bodied people in Jill's classes tell her about increased balance, flexibility, greater confidence, and less stress in their daily lives as a result of regular attendance at her classes. An XL-Yoga class with Jill is fun and light-hearted. Everyone and all bodies feel comfortable and welcome.
