Low Impact Cardio and Core Tabatas (54 mins.) with Aliza Brinton is this week's featured body positive workout. This is a low impact cardio and core tabata workout to get you a little sweaty. Starts with a warm-up. No equipment and minimal space needed. This type of low impact workout is an excellent and effective option for people with injuries or other conditions that prevent them from performing high impact movements. Grab some water and a towel and you're good to go!
