HoopYogini Spinal Awakening (17 mins.) is this week's featured body positive workout. Explore movement with Heather Says and move your spine in all directions, using a hoop as a tool for movement and meditation. If you’re not a hooper (yet), you can also follow-along with a long strap. An inexpensive hoop from the kid’s department at a big box store is totally fine too.
