Right now, Shohreh is offering five free workouts. With fun titles like "Emergen-C for RBG" and "Queens of Quarantine", these workouts are all 30 minutes or less and can be completed without equipment. Each exercise comes with a handy tutorial video and options so you can make the movement easier or harder.
