Room to BE Yoga with Jill Gillespie features a variety of yoga classes (both chair yoga and standing) that help you connect with yourself and find joyful movement in your body, just as you are. Sun Salutations are the heart of so many yoga classes. This class is a Seated Classical Salutation Yoga Flow (29 min.) with the support of a chair.
