Return Policy

We are happy to offer free returns and exchanges for most orders. Please help us keep this generous policy in place by following the terms below. Each US order is eligible for one prepaid domestic return label. Exchanges ship free but are not eligible for prepaid return labels if you decide not to keep the exchanged items.

Returns Window

Orders are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse. 

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center (US only)
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Upon completion of your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a prepaid postage label.

What items are returnable? 

  • 30 days from the date of shipment
  • In unused and re-sellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
  • Returns MUST be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached and in their original packaging. We encourage you to try a few movements in your home (forward fold, march in place, squat, etc.) before removing tags or discarding packaging.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards including Store Credit
  • Final Sale items
  • Items that are not in new, re-sellable condition
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you send us items that do not meet the returns conditions, we will not ship them back to you. Returns with stains or deodorant marks will not be refunded or returned to you. Items from other brands (it happens) will not be returned to you. 

What exclusions apply? 

Highly discounted items and items purchased during sale periods may be limited to exchanges or store credit only. 

Can the items be exchanged?

During the exchange process, you may exchange for another size or shop for a new style on our website. Once we receive your return shipment, your new order will be placed automatically. Be sure to ship your return quickly! We cannot hold inventory for exchange orders.

How do I return exchanged items?

Exchange orders ship free from us to you but are not eligible for pre-paid return shipping labels. You may return eligible items for a refund by shipping them to the address below. Be sure to save your tracking information. When the item arrives at our warehouse, we will process the return and refund your original payment method.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit/gift card

How do I ship back the items?

Upon completion of your return request, you will receive an email with instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please ship back to us within one week. If your return does not ship within 2 weeks, your return request will be canceled.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days.

What about International Returns?

International orders (outside of US) are not eligible for prepaid return labels. International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time, but you may return your order for a refund. Ship your items to the return address below. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. Send returns with packing slip or proof of purchase to the address below.
